My biggest mistake a couple of months ago was to think that the candidate market would slim down.
I thought the current situation would make people anxious to look for a new opportunity. Nothing could be further from the truth! Because of the Corona measures you start a conversation with other people faster, from a distance. Your neighbor, someone at the store or your mailman. During these conversations I quickly understood that now is the time to look for good employees.
The last few weeks during the screenings it soon became clear that nice candidates are really looking for nice employers.
People are more reachable, have seen the true nature of their current employer or feel the need to start a new challenge. So the ideal employee does exist for your company!
