After several years in recruitment, I ended up in large HR organizations focused on services for both large and small companies.
This experience opened several doors in the soft-HR world.
After 10 years, I wanted more. The urge to make a difference for entrepreneurs and employers became bigger. So I founded CLBR Consulting.
