We can’t ignore it. Over the next few months, a lot of people will see their current jobs come to an end. Companies are restructuring and therefore a lot of people will have to look for a new challenge.

Nice healthy employers are looking for good employees. There is only one catch. Dismissed employees are sometimes bad applicants. An application procedure is a negotiation from the moment the applicant pushes the “I’m interested buton”. With a lack of self-confidence, this is not always easy.
